LeBron James Scores 3rd Half-Sealed With Vibration-Based Foul Shot in L.A. Lakers Victory Over Houston Rockets

Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: “LeBron James came back tonight and showed the league that he’s one of the best players in the world. What he did in the last four minutes of regulation the way he drove through the defense, shot with guys in his face and out-executed the defense in the overtime is an accomplishment.”

Now the NBA looks like it will take the lead from Liverpool after James and his team beat the Rockets.

LeBron James had a bad game for the Lakers Wednesday against the Rockets, but he did have a few big shots in the fourth quarter and overtime that saw his team win 121-115.

James also made a big steal late in overtime that earned a free throw to give the Lakers the lead for good. He finished with 36 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists.

Winnable or not, James made one huge shot, so you have to believe the pressure is off.

James also made it clear he wasn’t always on the same page as his teammates. The outcome of the game could have been a whole lot different if the Lakers had been able to execute.
